I am a solo architecture practitioner who offers à la carte architectural services to meet my client’s needs and budget. I offer design interventions at any scale to improve the quality and use of space for my clients, ranging from space planning and custom designed furniture to tenant improvements and residential renovations.

Renovations

Let’s reimagine your space and bring it closer to meeting your needs. Whether it’s a bathroom renovation that requires only light modifications and new materials, or a home with an inefficient or outdated floor plan, I want to revisit this space with you and maximize your property’s potential. I provide full service architectural services including code/zone analysis, building documentation, technical coordination, and building permitting.

Real Estate Consultations

After meeting with client to establish needs, hopes, and wishes, I will review on-line or in person potential properties for purchase. I will help the client assess the quality of the property, and evaluate any modifications that may be necessary to modify the property to meet the client’s needs.

Design Services

Let me help you make the most of your space! My involvement in your project can start with a little design intervention - think about just the right little detail that makes your heart sing every time you interact with it. I will review plans you’ve drawn up with your contractor and make recommendations. I will help you select furniture or draw up some custom furniture to make your space realize its full potential.

Contractor Consultations

I am available to help contractors through the design process with clients, and assist with layouts, product, appliance, and finish selection. I can also perform on code/zoning, and permits.

Owner’s Representative

I can help you communicate with your contractor or other design professionals, and lend some insight into the architectural process.

WELL AP Consultation

I will become familiar with your project and advise on design decisions that reflect the WELL Building Standard. Whether you’re going all the way for WELL certification, or you’re just WELL curious, I can bring you through the process to create a healthy space!

About my studio

I am a Yale trained architect, a solo practitioner, a BIPOC woman. I have worked, designed, traveled, and lived all over the world collecting knowledge and experience in what makes spaces good and what makes their inhabitants happy and healthy.
